A light hearted approach to a profound subject;
At the risk of sounding too all encompassing, the style I teach can touch on many or all of the following styles, depending on conditions and those present:
Ashtanga, Iyengar, Scaravelli inspired, Vinyasa, Kria, elements of Kundalini, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandhas, Bikram, Nidra.
I like to bring a little yoga philosophy in to the sessions to illustrate the lineage of the movements as they echo through time through our bodies.
We look at Patanjali’s Yoga sutras, The Upaishads, Bihar institute, The Bhagavad Gita, amongst other texts and influences.
*Class card can be used within 3 months of the first session taken. Yogacards can be bought in advance from Katie. Transfers/card payment available.
