20 minutes of yoga after school drop off! MONDAY, TUESDAY THURSDAY
This is a great chance to keep up a regular Ashtanga yoga practice simply though Sun Salutations.
We will bring in guest teachers to explore different angles (so to speak) of breathing & movement, we’ll feel into chanting & Breath, “landing gear” & flying through, & maybe even a bit of Philosophy.
This is not a progressive session so just drop in as & when you can/feel to. Although a small dose of regular yoga can help keep you fit & healthy through the darker months, so may feel very progressive!
