Join us for the start of our Mindful Contact course and feel the benefit of therapeutically informed Mindfulness practice, which supports health & wellbeing by exploring physical and non-physical contact.
This session begins our 8 week course, which takes place every Tuesday, and is designed for those that want to go deeper into the healing potential of Mindful Contact with a closed group, and experience the longer term benefits of this practice.
In this course we include:
* Mindfulness practice, including meditation
* Awareness of breath and bodily sensations
* Exploring our boundaries and what helps to create safety
* Exploring our Yes and No, and edges of permission
* Exploring the healing benefits of Contact in feeling tones within the
* Exploring Mindful Contact with ourselves for self-soothing
* Exploring Energetic Contact, where we feel the presence of
* Explore Contact with the Earth, and how we can feel this more in
* Explore Mindful Physical Contact with others and its healing
* Exploring how Mindful Contact can help release trauma from the
* Have opportunity to experience support from you tutors and your
group during the course
