Saturday 17th February….This morning of Ashtanga style Yoga, is an introduction not just to Asana, body movement within yoga, but also philosophy, meditation, and the eight (ashta) limbs (anga) of the yogic tradition.

Also worth mentioning that this is open to all, no matter what your relationship to yoga is, if you’re not sure what any of this means, this could be just right for you.

I welcome all questions and doubts before, after and through the class, and will bring reference books and cosiness to feel settled in the space.
